I succeeded to install my watch on my phone, the bluetooth issue seems to be solved.

With the previous app, and the previous firmware, it was impossible to install my watch on my Samsung SM-P205.

Last night at 9 o'clock, when my watch had a 6% battery after 19 days of use, I charged it and it immediately updated. Well, in the end everything comes! It is too early to analyze this new update, now I just wanted to warn you that in Spain it can already be updated.

I am saying that my Health Mate app keeps crashing during synchronization. There is a status message at the top of the app that says it is synchronizing. The status gets to 88% and then the app crashes.

My iOS version is 13.5.1 iphone 11
Health Mate version 5.2 and 5.2.1
    Scanwatch firmware 1471

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times and nothing helps. I’ve deleted and paired the watch again and this didn’t help either. The app does not crash when I turn off bluetooth. It also seems that the watch uploads data to Health Mate without any problems.

krzeminskirobert i think the first thing you have to do is to update to ios 14.1, i dont say that this is the solution, but than you have romoved one fault option.

I have iphone 11 pro, ios 14.1, health mate version 5.2.1 and scanwatch firmware 1601 and it works fine togheter.

Yeah, I thought about updating the phone’s iOS but honestly that is not a proper solution. IOS 14 invites a whole new set of problems. The worst of them being claimed drastically shortened screen on time between charges. As a matter of fact I am am perfectly happy with the current version of ios. In my opinion Health Mate should be able to work just fine with an operating system which is only a year old.

I'm using iOS 14.2, Health Mate 5.2.2 and ScanWatch firmware 1661.

Can confirm this combination is very stable and a compliment for the development team!

On android, new release of the app 5.2.4 and of the firmware 1661.

No regression yet. Seems always stable.

But Withings gives us very few informations on this page :

Bug fixes are often complex technical changes and improvements. Many of them are not enduser related and therefor not easy or worth to mention details. Even would not be able to understand the technical description if they shared it.

But as you can see in previous updates the team does indeed mention more user related details if it is relevant for us. So just stay updated and let's wait for future enhancements for users.

Did see a lot of comments about updates, but this team has provided more updates within a year than many smartphone manufacturers provided in 5 years.

    Yep and Nop.

You can found in this forum description of many bugs. And with these two last releases, you know that you have solved some/many of them. If you describe them, we will be able to understand. Do not guess that we are not able to understand. We are.

I'm a Withins enduser just like you, and I agree that there are many bugs reported. Good thing is that they are able and willing to fix them. Maybe if would help if they at least mention how many bugs there have been fixed in an update. But personally, I would not understand many of the tech bug descriptions.

Health mate v5.2.4 on Android 10, (Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) works well with Scanwatch, Body Cardio and BPM Core :)

Tip: If some connections or sync issues appear - force stop the app and clear the cache storage, it might help ;)

Has there been any timelines as to when the scanwatch will be available in the USA?
