Can no longer pair iPhone to scale

    There are hundreds of these types of comments, and we need to contact Consumer Affairs and file complaints against this company. This is despicable and unacceptable, they have no phone line and are not answering emails. No company should be able to sell in this country without accountability for their products! I believe we may even be able to get an attorney and possibly file a class action suit.

    Make sure your mobile device is within 5 feet of the Smart Body Analyzer. Try using another compatible mobile device to set up the scale. If the issue persists, I recommend that you contact them directly at so they can check for other options.

    I tried it with my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone and both do not work. Our phone were both less than a foot away when we did it. She also has an iPhone 6s on iOS 13.6.

    I also have the same Issue with my iPhone. I finally find a "workaround". I use my Test-Device Android and do all the Setup & Wlan config. Now I don't need anymore Android Phone and I can use iPhone App.
