My thrmometer has not worked for over a month now. When I turn it on, it tells me to go to thermo,withings.com. When I get there it wants me to download the Thermo app. I have the app, so I then follow the instructions for setup, I follow those directions and I get a check on the thermometer that it was successful. However, I then start the thermometer to take a measurement and I get the same message to go to the website. I've deleted and re-installed the app and that didn't work either.The app shows Me and it also shows my Thermometer B8. However, on my iPhone's Bluetooth listing the Thermo B* always shows as Not Connected.
I have an iPhone X runnion ios 14.0.1 and am not having trouble with my other apps or devices including my Withings BPM Connect, Sleep, and Bathroom Scale.
