    Has to be a faulty unit or your phone does have some issues syncing correctly?

    My scanwatch has no issue you describe.

    The Steel HR already had that problem. I have a Steel HR and was waiting to see if the Scanwatch also had it to decide whether to buy it. Since yours is still under warranty, have it sent back for another one because it has no cure and only gets worse. (I have to sync mine several times a day …)

    I think it is not a problem in specific watch. You need to keep the Bluetooth working more frequently. I had the same problem and added this to the list of bugs that the watch currently has in my article Pros and Cons

    I had the same problem, sometimes the analogue watch was 30minutes behind after one night.

    After some conversations with the support, withings offered me to send in the watch and get a new one. 

    There are quit some negative posts in the forum regarding the withings support. I have to disagree in my case. The process run very smooth and the where very helpfull, and even got me a refund for the shipping costs.

    I hope the new watch will not lose time again in the analogue watch. fingers crossed...

    Update: my new scanwatch does not have the problem that the analoge watch is running behind. it definitively seems that withings as issues with some watches, i assume they are hardware related. if you have such problems, contact withings for a replacement

    I've got my Scan Watch for several weeks now. Time was only set once upon activation. Just tested time accuracy and it is spot on exactly matching the actual time.
