I recently bought a ScanWatch having been invited to a 30 day trial by Withings. I have had the watch a couple of weeks now and I at the point where I need to return this. I bought this watch because of its analogue display. However it seems to be utterly in accurate loosing 2-3 mins a day. I thought I had set this up incorrectly but have sync’d the time on several occasions since and the watch continues to loose time...Not good for a watch and to the point where I have no confidence in what the time the watch is reporting. Is this a faulty unit?? Please can you let me know what to do with this faulty unit.
