Strange app permisssion message

After updating permissions on Android, I got a notification about project-655894465677.  Is this correct for the Healthmate app?

    Same. 

    I recently received a notification from Google Play Services or Healthmate saying the app had a problem. I tapped the notification and saw that Healthmate needs access to more health permissions. After granting access, I received an email from Google: "project-655894465677 was granted access to your Google Account... If you did not grant access, you should check this activity and secure your account".

    What the heck is "project-655894465677", and why not give it a name we can recognize? Please change it to something intelligible.

    I just implemented a request regarding that subject on the french side of this forum -

    I hope we will get answer from WITHINGS, either in english or in french !
