I've been trying to submit a request for help.*
I fill in the "email" form at https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#_from_cat_200160053 but then, when I click "SUBMIT", I can't tell if anything's happening. The screen doesn't change, so my gut says that my attempts to submit aren't working but, if that's correct, I can't tell why.
Has anyone experienced this? Is my support request actually getting submitted even though the screen doesn't change (no message indicating request has been submitted)? If not, what might I be doing wrong?
* My support request is regarding the fact that the Health Mate app on Android keeps crashing immediately, but that's not the point of this post, which is about the inability to submit a support request..
