I cant install my hr steel sport Downloaded the health mate app...it will detect my watch via blue tooth. "product detected:steel HR 87" but after like 10 seconds it will pop up with a message :An internet connection is necessary, please activate your data or try again later". Note that my internet is working perfectly, i have like 22mps speed.. i have tried several times, did a reset on the watch, restarted my phone but still the same old story. Kindly assist immediately.

The watch is being detected via Bluetooth, but it could be just interference with the connection. You should try to uninstall and reinstall the Health Mate app. Otherwise, you should contact the Withings tech guys on this link: https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
