Good morning
My Steel HR (2018) watch does not charge anymore. I bought a new charger but the watch still does not charge. It should be a problem of the watch.
I attach a picture: when I put the watch on the charger, the screen shows "zero battery", even leaving the watch on the charger for longtime..
Can you tell me how I can repair it? Who can repair it?

    My sister owns a Steel HR and she also had the same issue. She contacted the Withings customer support and they were able to help her out. You can contact them by clicking this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

    Hi Guys, i got the exact same problem.
    Did not use it during 2-3 months and now that issue.
    Considering i used it maybe 10 times the last 2 years, i am quite disapointed.

    Well, after having played with it during two hours, suddenly the screen went on (0% battery)... After having payed one more hour, it began suddenly to charge!
