I have used the Health mate app w regards to my Body Cardio scale.
I could not set up the Scan Watch - it was not possible to perform the Factory reset, as it did not appear on the Devices list and it was not possible to "Dissociate this product" etc.
Only my Body cardio scale appears when I select the Devices icon.
I even reinstalled the app and restarted my cell phone /Galaxy S9/ several times.
Any idea about how to go forward w the set up?

Factory setup does not require association on the app. I had a smart watch and moved to a scan watch. The app (Healthmate) appears to not auto update- so when I started scan watch it could not and would not run spo2 or ECG. Timelins was also not functioning. Updated the app OK but could not get a factory reset. Why? In my view because I was in fairly close proximity to a wifi enabled Mac mini. All bluetooth connections in my view should be done away from other electronic devices as they interfere.
Recharged to full battery and after getting the info screen press the crown once as different screens appear until one gets the lovely Factory reset option. Then press the magic 5 and hey presto one can then re-install into a smartphone. This took me the best part of 2 hours of getting nowhere - until I left it alone (so I could cool down!) and turned off the mac mini and so wifi/bluettooth. I run on Android 9.
