    Hello Withingers,

    Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. As it has been made aware here, as well with contacts to our Support team, we were able to identify an issue with Google Fit syncing ever since the latest Health Mate Android update.

    Our team has resolved the issue and working to have the new update released as soon as possible to users, we sincerely apologize for the added inconvenience that this has been.

    I have a situation where I can't set my Google Fit to import steps from Google Fit to Health Mate. The slider to select steps simply won't stay in the on position. I used to get a reading of my steps every day but not any longer. Any suggestions?

    Yes, thanks for that update. I have managed to remedy the situation. Now I can see my steps in Health Mate just fine. Thanks again.

    Hi Withingers,

    Quick update on this topic; we have just recently released an app update (5.2.4) for Health Mate Android that is intended to resolve the issue you are experiencing. Please update to the latest version and let us know if you continue to resolve the issue.

    Hi Alvaro,

     

    I am still having this issue (as it appears are many other users).

     

    Currently, NOTHING will sync between Health Mate and Google Fit, in either direction. This started on October 28th and the recent app update has done nothing to remedy this.

    Version 5.2.4 does NOT synch steps from google fit.

    I had to unistall Health Mate and Google Fit, reinstall both and relink them and now everything is working fine for me.

    The update doesn't work for me either. I deactivated googlein the app, deleted health mate, reinstalled health mate then relinked Google. Still no Google steps data.
    On android if it makes any difference.

    fellous.benjamin  I have followed those instructions and it has not solved the issue for me. I have even tried completely uninstalling Health Mate (HM) and still no joy.

    It did resolve the issue of data not syncing from HM to Google Fit (GF), but steps will not import from GF into HM.

    Alvaro it has all gone quiet from Withings yet there are still many people suffering with this issue. We have tried the solution posted in support and is does NOT fix the problem.

    Can somebody from Withings please provide the following pieces of information as a matter of urgency:

    1 - Withings acknowledge this as a serious problem in the Health Mate app.

    2 - Withings confirm that they are working to resolves the issue.

    3 - Withings to provide an EAT for the fix. And finally,

    4 - Withings to apologise to all customers suffering with this issue.

    Health Mate app on my phone updated this morning (5.2.5) and it appears to have fixed the issue. My steps have synced from Google Fit to Health Mate (including al of the missing days!).
