Hi, I have trouble connecting my scale with the mobile device. I’ve tried to delete everything and install everything as new device but without luck. My phone can’t find the device and now I only have a scale with no connection to create a date :/ does anyone know the problem or can help?

    If you download the Body+ PDF manual from this website and have a nosey around page 38 or 48 it mentions how to fully reset everything - the scales, the app everything! After following that you just pretend the scales are new and start from scratch with a new setup. It's covered comprehensivly but if you get stuck, get back to us here.
