    They update the support page with a troubleshoot. Works for me now.

    fellous.benjamin  I have followed those instructions and it has not solved the issue for me. I have even tried completely uninstalling Health Mate (HM) and still no joy.

    It did resolve the issue of data not syncing from HM to Google Fit (GF), but steps will not import from GF into HM.

    Alvaro it has all gone quiet from Withings yet there are still many people suffering with this issue. We have tried the solution posted in support and is does NOT fix the problem.

    Can somebody from Withings please provide the following pieces of information as a matter of urgency:

    1 - Withings acknowledge this as a serious problem in the Health Mate app.

    2 - Withings confirm that they are working to resolves the issue.

    3 - Withings to provide an EAT for the fix. And finally,

    4 - Withings to apologise to all customers suffering with this issue.

    Health Mate app on my phone updated this morning (5.2.5) and it appears to have fixed the issue. My steps have synced from Google Fit to Health Mate (including al of the missing days!).
