When is ScanWatch coming to the USA? Any updates?

I have been holding off on an Apple Watch for too long, and feel a need to spend soon!

I am waiting for it to be available in the USA too, there seems to be no updates from withings since 2020

Any updates on the Scan Watch in the U.S.? It has been "Coming Soon" since early 2020 and no updates.
