accidentally delete user

Hi,

I accindentally delete my user and would like to restore the data. I have downloaded the CSV file but unable to restore / upload the data.

I have followed the how to but can't find the upload csv area/ button.

I am using the body cardio , BPM and termo.....

I recently imported my data and I just followed the steps on this link; https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/201491477-Health-Mate-Online-Dashboard-Importing-data. If you are still having difficulties importing your data, It would be best to contact the Withings tech guys on this link: https://within.gs/help.
