After years of trouble free use, today my thermo just shows blank displays when I try to assign a reading to a User by swiping up/down on the display. If hit the button on one of the blank screens it does send the reading to a User but I have no way of knowing which User at the time. I've tried removing the batteries, reinstalling the App, deleting and re-adding the device and going through the update/setup process several times and it continues with the same problem. Anyone else see this kind of problem?

I have that EXACT same issue. Until this morning, it worked as expected Today, it does not.
I also tried removing the batteries, reinstalling the Thermo app, deleting and re-adding the device and going through the update/setup process several times and it does not correct the issue. My measurements still appear in both the Thermo and Withings Health Mate apps. What happened? WITHINGS PLEASE HELP!

I'm having the same problem with my BPM Connect. It used to display the names based on the users on the Healthmate apps we have on our families devices. However, now it ONLY shows me GUEST...GUEST...GUEST...GUEST and will not allow me to hold the button down to switch to a different user to assign the reading to.
I'm guessing, since you are all having the same kind of issue today, it has to do with WITHINGS's database/website.
