Random "Ghost" weighings, Factory Reset

HI my scales are sending 4-5 readings to my Health mate App during the day when no one is using the scales. Has anyone else seen this?

There does not seem to be any information how to do a factory reset on these scales either?

I did hear back and they asked me to send a picture of the multiple readings which I did.. Not heard anything since
