Problème de synchronisation avec Samsung health

Je n'arrive pas à autoriser import ,export des données dans le profil et sur l'application Samsung health et quand je me pèse ça n'arrive pas sur mon téléphone

Bonjour . Ma balance jusqu a présent fonctionnait parfaitement. Auj pas de synchronisation pesee.. la balance reste en affichage sur start app et cela echoue. Qq peut m aider. Je craque
