How do I get a refund on this product. It just does not work properly. It continually loses contact with my phone and has to be factory reset. I have two of these mine and one I bought for my partner and it is the same with both. So it's definitely a fault.

I actually just got my refund from Withings recently but it was just for a duplicate order. If a factory reset is no good, I think it would be ideal to contact the tech experts of Withings. Use this link:https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
