Muscle minus Water

    I fully agree with james.savin . I am not interested in muscle plus water. I note the quantity of water I drink, be it 4 pints or nothing seems to have no coalition to the Hydration figure shown on my scale which varies from 4.3 to 55.6. I actually think the more water I drink the more I pee and thus pee out essential electrolytes. The water being recorded in the muscle figure just distorts what matters. So I have my own Excel spread sheet where I graph muscle KG minus water KG. I would like to know if this will give a fair result for lean muscle tissue or not?
