So for me thermo stopped recording temps on the app about a month ago. Messaged the company and they replied that a fix was on the way
the app was updated about a week ago but still no temps were being recorded.
Delete your profile. I deleted mine since the data is already recorded with Apples Health app.
delete the app.
shut down phone.
install app and sign in
make a new profile
make sure ur thermo activated, if not, reactivate
Personally I think the app can only accept so many reading before it fills up. I’d been recording temps since this whole COVID thing started in March. Late sept is when I stopped.
either way I got mine accepting data again
also, if u use the Apples health app, don’t forget to reactivate it again
