    Thank you,  but I have tried already all of that without success.  Any other ideas (other than returning it...)?

    I have exactly the same problem  tried with three Android phones. I returned the 1st one and paid more for the  Sleep analyser only to find that this newer version has exactlty the same issue 
    And by the way I think it should be the User that marks the question Answered  not you

    As for myself, I gave up and returned it, declining a free subsitution offer (by Amazon), and got the money back. Will try something else...

    Suddenly my Sleep super inflated and stopped working, no lights at all after a full reset.
    I suspect either an update or.. apparently looking at ‘Aura’ forums the pump manufacturer claims the part has a limited life span.
    Fortunately in the U.K. you have up to six years to make a claim against a faulty product. You have to prove the product wasn’t fit for purpose when you bought it. Going on he amount of people that are having problems in the forums with the mats I would say it clearly shows the product is not lasting as long as it should considering the price it costs.
    Personally I will be asking Withings for a repair given it seems to be a quite a common problem after a few years of use.
