    I'm having the same issue. Clicking Join in that Wellness Program takes you to a page that tells you how you can Deactivate it, and updating my pregnancy information never seems to save. It doesn't show on my Active Programs either.

    I am having the exact same issue. Of course they have to file a report and email me with any updates. So frustrating.

    Update: I received a set of instructions to follow from their support desk. Unfortunately it didn't work for me and they're now looking in to my iOS/model to provide further instructions, but thought I'd share in case it helps any of you! 

    • Log out from the Health Mate app
    • Uninstall the app.
    • Reboot your phone.
    • Reinstall the app.
    • Log back into your account.
    • Turn on the Pregnancy tracker and try to save the changes.

    We received the same suggestion. It did not It help. We tried 2 different cell phones android and iphone.

    That did not work for me either. I have the latest iOS version and the latest version of HealthMate. It seems like they’ve been having an issue for years with this tracker. Starting to think we are never going to get a resolution from them after everything I’ve read.

    Their support team told me they were aware of the issue and it would be resolved in the next version of the app, but when I asked for an ETA, they don’t have one.

    Same issue here, it is very frustrating. The pregnancy mode was one of the reasons we choose this model.

    I'm having the same problem - no toggle option on the app or when I log in to Withings online and try to edit my profile from there. Annoying since pregnancy mode worked great in 2018 for my first baby... you'd think it would get better with time, not worse.

    I can't see the fix. I still can't find pregnancy mode online. On my phone app I can finally click through... but nothing happens when I hit 'activate'.
