    I found that wiping my feet with a damp flannel before standing on the scales works for me.

    I've never seen PVW on my Body Cardio in Canada, and that was the reason for my purchase.

    Completely not satisfied because it's been years since the feature was re-enabled in Europe,
    and North America still gets nothing. Hopefully this update brings it back ?

    I wouldn't count on it, since it's May 17th, and I still don't have the new update ...

    Customer support informed me today this will not be turned on for North America. Apparently it requires FDA approval before they can turn it on in the US, and it is not accurate enough to get approval so they cannot turn it on. In other words I guess I’m returning my scale.
