My withings scale gives me a bone density reading as a percentage of mass in the healthmate app. When I do research on bone density, all the medical measurements appear to be using a T score which is a standard deviation from the mean of other similar adults bone density. How do I relate my bone density measurement as a percentage to compare it with the average for my age. At the moment the app just says something like 3-5% is normal. But what is normal for a male of my age ??
