After switching to a new iphone the BPM+ is completely dead. The led lamp does not light and the device is completely dead even after trying a hard reset by pressing the button for 6 seconds. I have replaced all batteries without any effect. Is there anything else I can do?

I also had the same problem and I contacted their support team. They advised me to remove the batteries from the monitor, clean the battery contacts using a cotton swab moistened with rubbing alcohol, and use a dry cotton swab to remove any residue.
