    I emailed support about this and was left with this link.

    however when I try to access that page I get you are unauthorized error message. Emailing support and telling them the error they resend the link then tell me to try on another device with there app and it doesn’t seem to do anything.

    I also emailed support but have yet to receive a reply. Your link also results in an authorized error for me. This is silly - they should have a quick answer for something that is in the product manual.

    I just received this email reply from Withings Support. I asked them to please update their documentation and website.

    I was not aware that this was a "promo". The product manual, Withings blog post linked to above, and many articles online (including the one my Doctor consulted when recommending this device) are all in error. No where on the Withings site is this stated.
