It would be really helpful if the Quick Look feature on some trackers and watches could be configured such that it is only active during certain times of the day.
If using, say, the Pulse HR for sleep tracking and you wake up in the night, it's quite disorientating for the watch to flash up while you fidget and resettle.
Being able to set active times, e.g. Quick Look is active between 0700 and 2300, would avoid this night time glare of unwelcome light. Lots of apps have time-bound configurations so I'm not sure why this is missing.
The workaround is to try to remember to turn off the feature at night and reactivate it in the morning, of course.
