Google Fit Connection

For me everything is working fine🤷 It's still connected and syncing data. I never disconnected it tho

Never do it then :) something is off for sure. Do you use your Google-Account to login into your Withings-Account? Or do you have an oldschool E-Mail/Passwort Login for Withings like I do and slowly supect as the issue here?

I left the beta program now and am back on version 5.2.5. As soon as I switch the export weight or import steps option on it - I guess - tries to authenticate with Google and then breaks with "Authentication with Google for this app is temporarily deactivated. The use of Google Log-in wasn't approved for this app yet.".

In my Google Fit connected services there is no Withings Healthmate app listed.

Bummer... my Scanwatch arrives today. Sure it'll work but I also would like to im- and export data between services :/

Okay thanks for the info... maybe this is my problem or the thing that needs fixing by Withings. I just don't want to use a new account and leave years of data behind in a kinda broken one. Waiting for service/app updates then.

I now updated to HM 5.3.0 and for a second I thought I broke it because there was a red exclamation mark at the Google fit logo and said I should link it again but then it worked and it's showing a green check mark. Can't you download all your data, create a new account and important everything again? I know there is the option to download everything. You'll get a big excel file I think

hmyeah might try that, but that's a weekend task.. I'll update this thread when done or otherwise fixed

I cant access anything anymore, I can see past measurements but when I try to access them on Health it crashes the app.

I have tried all the basics and installed it on a new phone. No luck. Google fit isnt syncing either.

I am new to Health Mate.  I'm an Android user.  I have linked Google Fit and Strava.  None of my activities are showing in Health Mate.   My account has green check marks on both partner apps. Suggestions? 

In my case it worked two days after my last post. And by working I mean the Google Authentication Window was loading from in the Withings App to add the Google Fit integration again. I could authorize the apps talking to each other and since then it is working great. I'm exporting all the option into Fit and it works.

Stuff I did - but probably doesn't help because I think it was a backend prob in my case that just got fixed by Withings - removed the withings authentication from my google account and the other way around, deleted cache and the apps itself, let that cook for 24hrs. Installed the apps again Fit first, Withings 2nd. 

For someone who is new to this: after authenticating/granting rights to the apps .. green checkmarks .. you have to choose which data you want to export/import from the app. The Strava integration only exports your Withings recorded workouts into Strava. Strava itself has a sync for Fit builtin .. you find in the Strava App, Settings.

I have similar problem to one mentioned by @lhorstka

Google Fit integration is enabled (green tic), weight data are imported from Google Fit, pulse data, steps and casual activity are exported to Google Fit.

But no Workouts are exported from Health Mate to Google Fit.
