Black Friday Order still not delivered. HELP.

    To anyone experiencing the same problem: I used the "Send us an email" option to submit a support request at the following webpage and after 3 working days they did contact me back and have sorted out my delivery problem. I suggest you do same. Maybe they are a bit overwhelmed at the moment because of the black friday orders, so be patient and allow them 3 or 4 days to respond:
