    Hey everyone,

    I had same issue and I used the "Send us an email" option at the following webpage to submit a support request to Withings and after 3 working days they did contact me back and seem to have sorted out my delivery problem. Tracking shows my order is on the move again. I suggest you do same. Maybe they are a bit overwhelmed at the moment because of the black friday orders, so be patient and allow them 3 or 4 working days to respond:

    Mine hasn't arrived either...

    Shipment seems to be stuck in France for two weeks...

    Tried ringing there courier and the only speak French... And then just hung up on me...

    Hello. Same delivery issue on my side.

    Ordered on december 12th.

    And still no answer after 2 emails.

    Better to buy other brand.

    Currently I have the same issue; scanwatch ordered; confronted with paying import duties (52GBP), while I was under the impression just to be required to pay the amount in GBP on the website. Then the parcel was "refused" at the delivery address and is returned to sender. I have now requested to cancel the order. Will keep you informed of this saga. Quite disappointing.
