I had to replace the batteries in mine (apparently 47% isn't enough juice???), then I had to dissociate the scale from my account and re-add it as a new device... Seems to be working fine over the last week.

Put me down for the same. No troubleshooting steps helped. Planned obsolescence?

I have had intermittent connection issues for over two years. I sometime wonder if system updates on the phone can trigger it - in my case iPhone.  Mine stopped working again Jan. 20.  This is near the top of my most disappointing purchases.  It's not a cheap scale

Same problem here. After changing the batteries the scale is not longer communicating, not via bluetooth and not via WLAN. This is not the first time the problem occurs. :-(

Mine is the same problem the second lithium battery only lasted 5 months now the new battery which has 3.8 volts but it won't wake up or do anything. I've tried to tap the button and then held it in for 20 seconds no good. It's dead for no reason
    Can you help please

It's definitely not completely reliable.  Most issues have resolved for me in typical troubleshooting ways:  First, put new batteries in. Then, undo and redo setup on my phone.  Try bluetooth if wireless internet doesn't seem to work. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

We've had this scale for years and it is working - with an iPhone 11 and current system software. But it has caused more headaches and troubleshooting than almost any other wireless device.
