I have tried to install the pairing wizard - it seems to be compatiblewith Windows 8. I am running Windows 10, as most of the world in 2021. Please let me know where I can find the pairing wizard for Windows10 - or send alternative way to update WiFi settings of WBS01.

This works fine with Windows 10. If it doesn't it is because it has not downloaded properly. In that case type it into google or try a different browser or use a downloader app.
