My Move ECG has stopped

My Move ECG has stopped working after trying to set the activity hand to zero. I pressed the dial as instructed but after hands made several turns I pressed the dial again. Now the watch has stopped altogether (including time keeping) and cannot communicate with Health Mate.

I tried to set the time as instructed by Withings support, but after I press "set the time" the screen goes "Looking for your Move ECG .." with a wheel spinning on screen, but it does not connect and goes back to "My devices" with no further action or instruction afterwards.

Right now, the activity dial is on zero and time is frozen at 5:00 o'clock. Please help.

Note: it was working perfectly earlier but somehow for unknown reason the activity hand was not resting on zero. I purchased the watch just a few weeks ago

Have you tried replacing the battery of your Move ECG? Maybe the battery level is low that's why it has stopped working. The same happened with my watch and my husband watch, they already replaced 3x and keeps happening.
This model is defected , they shouldn’t sell and most important a recall should be done. We feel scammed.
