Scale turns on & turns off

My scale wasn’t working and so I reset it, and it seems to be connected now. However the display is waking up and turning off every few seconds all on its own. It’s been doing this for five or six minutes now so I’m sure it will deplete the battery pretty soon.

Same issue here. Changed batteries, did a factory reset, but our body+ keeps turning on and off. Tried everything. What to do? Can it be fixed
