    Same here.  Can create a new blank profile which loads, but established profiles will not load.

    I have the same problem.
    Also the data from the scale is not syncing to the iOS app. It worked yesterday.

    Same issues here. Data will sync to app but its about 30 minutes delayed. Cannot load my own profile, but can load other family members profiles. Can create a new profile and see that too. No option on the web dashboard to export or import data either. Very annoying. Have raised a support ticket.

    The blinking dots issue was a browser issue for me. Worked fine on Chrome, to get Safari working I had to clear the browser data. Working for me now.

    I don't think this is a browser issue.  I have tried: Safari, Chrome, and Edge.  All using private browsing sessions.  Cannot get it to load.

    I'm hoping its an issue at their end, although as I say, its odd that I can access the dashboard data for my family, just not me. Maybe its because I am the primary user, or something like that.

    Same here, can see my wife's data, but not my own it stopped 3 days ago. I use safari!

    Some profiles load, some do not load.  Same browser settings in each case.  The only logical conclusion is that it is not a browser problem.  Something else is broken.

    I am having the same issue. My wife's profile does load. I am not seeing any solutions being offered. Where are you Withings support?

    Same issue here. Multiple Browers tried, even different Clients. Only three blinking Blocks.

    Same here using the web dashboard - my user works fine, but when I switch to my wife's user it just displays the dots with the following Javascript error message displayed in the browser Developer logs :

    Not sure if it's related but my wife also cannot load or login to the iOS app since about the same time - the app just crashes.

    I also have the same issue, but my husband's profile loads. Frustrating.  I've cleared the cache on my laptop. I've also tried on various computers and web browsers.  It worked for years and now...three blinking dots.  Please fix it!!

    Same here, two different laptops (both Macs) running latest OS version. Tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge Chrome, same on all.

    Same issue on my end. iOS healthmate finally allows me to get my data but no go with web login.

    same issue worked fine then all of sudden stopped, Tired clearing cache, and different browsers same issue

    I am having this same issue for the last 2/3 weeks, is anyone else getting this problem. No support, several emails saying they are working on it?

    This issue has not been fixed I have had the same problem with the programme failing to load. I did find one site that suddenly gave me the dashboard screen back but for the life of me can't find it again.

    My app stopped syncing a couple of months after buying my scales.  Now I can’t even access my dashboard via the website -just get a flashing page as if it’s trying to load two different pages.  Works in Chrome but not Safari.  Of course I can only create a shortcut from my iPad desktop if it’s Safari.  Hence Withings is now basically useless.
