MY SAME QUESTION!!  I suppose the only current answer is manual entry? This sucks!

FWIW, once I switched the profile back to the correct one, it worked fine.  Sadly, there doesn't appear to be any provision for moving the data from one profile to another, so all those values are still attached to my wife's profile.

I had the same problem, learned that there is a choice when you stand on the scale of which profile you should have the data go toward. Important - and they don't point this out to you well in their instructions. So now for me, both profiles are still there. I have to lean on one specific foot to pick my profile. Ok then....

Next, my dilemma was then how to get the missing data from my profile off my guy's profile and onto mine. I developed a work around!!

If you sign into your account here online (maybe it's easier on desktop), you can go to the other profile that has your data, and export it. Then update the files (you can't even immediately upload but have to reformat the dates at least in my case). Save just the data points you are missing for your data. Then import that data into your personal profile. Remember to keep it in ".CSV" format at you should have success.

I figured it all out yesterday, thankfully, and my data is where it should be.
