I see a lot of comments and posts here with ideas and feedback to how improve healthmate and other products. However, I see very little interaction back from the development team / product owner on these posts. In order to keep the community engaged and and maintain the trust of the customers, I suggest that:
- 1. Withings has a community manager or similar to maintain a two way dialogue between the community and Devs
- 2. Have a transparent roadmap of the features and changes in the software of the products
Now hopefully this post will get some kind attention, would be ironic if it didn't... 🙃
