Thank you for your feedback regarding display of the weight graph in the Health Mate app. We appreciate your comments and apologize for the inconvenience. We started releasing a new version of Health Mate Android, version 5.3.2, on Friday, January 29th which should correct this. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

    davisnin,

Thanks for adding your comment, glad to know I'm not the only one (ie not a problem with my phone).

Do you mind if I ask if this happen to you just recently as well?  It seems to time with when they released the newest version (5.3.1/January 19,2021).

I only noticed it last night when I was trying to figure out where they moved the battery level for my pop (It's just gone). Sleep measurements also seem to have broken.

I have the same problem - just noticed it today (24 Jan 2021). I check my app about every two days, and it was fine at the last viewing.

I have the same problem. The chart scale is in the 400s and I weigh under 200. The values in the data table are right but the graph scale is way off. Seems to be caused by a recent update.

Same problem: chart shows pounds multiplied by 2.2 as if it is trying to convert a kg weight into pounds!

Is it only happening on Android phones? Anyone have a problem with their Apple phone?

Same problem here. Tried all the same attempts to fix it. Still an issue in my Samsung S20+. Running V5.3.1. Guess they will need to go back and patch this for everyone.

The exact same problem here, also on Android, thought I was going crazy. Has anyone heard or seen anything from Withings on this issue?

I contacted Withings. They had me try all the obvious things (they weren't aware of this thread), which of course didn't work. They told me they were escalating the case. That was two days ago.

It's clearly a problem related to their Android update. Teabird48 seems to have the clue to the most likely cause: they are inverting the calculation from kg to lbs to create the y axis labels.

    I'll post when/if I hear something!

I contacted Withings Customer Support as well.  So far, other than acknowledging my email, no response.  If I get a fix, I'll update everyone on this forum.

I requested assistance from Withings.  They have been very responsive.  They are now aware of this issue, and have elevated it to their tech folks.  Waiting to hear back.  Will update this group when I do.

FYI, I just checked the Play store and saw an update was available to version 5.3.2 - I installed it, and things are back to normal!
