I am sorry I have to post here but I am getting no answers via your support email address and no support phone number exists. It has now been a month since I placed my order. No support member can resolve my issue. I have never been treated so badly as a customer before. I received a tracking link which hasn't been updated since January 8th. Nobody in Withings has been able to help me. At this stage, I just want my money back and never to deal with your company again. The respect you show to your customers is disgraceful. I hope others think twice before ordering off this website.
