Body+ screen customization not working

    anyone from Withings fancy answering this?? I've just had my scales arrive and have the exact same problem. I've just read about poor customer service from Withings, so might be sending them straight back.

    Also having issues with it only showing my profile in % and none of the other :(

    I got a blank screen for the second user, when I added another him under "Profile" -> "Add another user". It worked when I separated the users into different accounts in the web app (maybe there's an option to do this is android as well, but I couldn't find it) and then used "Log out" -> "Log in" in the android app.

    Hope they fix it though.. it's kind of annoying to use like this.
