I've never experienced any of those problems (42mm white)

I have noticed the inaccurate time, too.  The digital display has (so far) been accurate but the analogue hands are often wrong, sometimes by several hours.  Normally I can use the function in the app (Devices -> All Settings->Set the time) to reset the time.

However, on the most recent occasion the hands didn't move to the north (12 o'clock) position using the Set the time function.  I then had to use the secondary function in the app (by answering No to the question about whether the hands had moved to the north position) to move the minutes and hours hands separately to the north position.

My second ScanWatch is losing time similar to the first one which makes me believe this is a common issue on them. Chances of having two devices with the same issue is very slim unless being common just not sure why no one else have reported this yet.

The issue on mine is both digital and analogue are showing the same time. Have tried "Set the time function" turning twice clockwise and counter clockwise but still the same.

If Withings do not address the issue I will have to return it as replacement would have the same issue again.

Not to mention, heart rate very inaccurate (varies between 40 to 160 at times) and sleep analysis is a joke

I've never had a single issue with my watch (Time, HR, Sleep). Maybe there are different series of watches out there? When did you purchase your first watch? Or maybe something is not working with the connection to HM. Did you try on an android device or only on iOS? It seems to me that this began happening with iOS 14 and did not occur with iOS 13

I don't rule out anything as I too believe having two watches with all same issue is weird. But have seen many others complaining about HR, Sleep analysis and Step count too.

Sleep analysis is very inaccurate. Below is last night between my $40 Huawei band and ScanWatch

Lie down in front of TV and it counts as sleeping, not sure why logic does not detect that you stood up, went bathroom , had a sip of water .... Just confirming I definitely went to bed exactly at around 10:30 ish that Huawei detected.

I started wearing it on my right wrist from today to see if the button was being pressed unintentionally causing these as suggested by Withings support team.

I am on iOS 13 still. iPhone X.

Update on the case re losing time: Withings suggested to wear my ScanWatch further up on my wrist as I may have unintentionally pressed the button when bending my wrist so I started wearing it on my right hand and from yesterday it hasn't skipped a beat. Would be nice if they change the logic in a way that pressing the button wouldn't affect the time.
