Hi all - I'm new to HealthMate after being a long time Fitbit user and while I'm impressed with the hardware I find the app inexcusably poor, especially the dashboard section.
Under activity why would I want to see the number of floors climbed from yesterday and not today? I've climbed the stairs at least 3 times today so its not that it has no entries for the day.
Why is it not showing up the workout that I tracked on my ScanWatch 20 mins ago - is it just slow or have I lost that record? The exercise started and stopped correctly on the watch but there's no sign of it in the app.
Who on earth wants to track their height on a dashboard???
Under Health why is it showing me my average heart rate from 8 hours ago not now?
Why no indication of calories burned so far today?
I'm linking to a 3rd party scale (Eufy) via Google Fit which for some reason doesn't seem to be pulling in Body Fat percentage - fair enough that may not be HealthMate's fault, however for the first two days the dashboard suggested I should start logging body fat so I hit the button and it allowed me to enter it. Subsequent to that I no longer have that button and there appears no way to edit a weight record and add body fat - please don't tell me I need to add a new weight record and re-key both my weight and body fat.
The app looks nice and it gives some pretty screenshots to put into ads but it is borderline unusable in reality.
