Withings Scanwatch connection problem

    Got the same problem with a HR sport and it has vanished from the "My Devices list" 


    Did you have any luck with a fix?

    I just got a new Steel HR, to replace my Activite. It connected fine to my app but my data wouldn't show. Ended up I had to dissociate my watch, uninstall the app, factory reset my watch, reinstall my app and then install a new device. Now it works. I just got an email from Support that suggested doing a force stop on the app. Then reopen with watch next to it.
