    Have you tried using the contact us link at the top of this page. I just phoned Withings Tech Support today and spoke with a lovely lady who emailed me back an hour or two later. Maybe my experience is country specific - I'm in the UK. What country are you in Deborah and what are they doing (or not doing) when you've tried phoning them or messaging them via the web form?
