I recently got my first Withings product, and frankly I love the app and product, but the Help experience and account process has been a nightmare.
I created my account no problem. I then clicked "Add another user..." in my family to add my wife. It asked for an email address. All good so far. Unintuitvely, this did not get her her own account, it just added her to mine. Fine, so I deleted her from my family. But now she can't create a new account because it says she already has an account. It also will not let her reset her password because it says that email is not recognized.
I won't go into the details of how many hoops I had to jump through just to us my account to post this forum post (long story short, using oauth makes it impossible to use the forum).
Anyways, can somebody just tell me how I can get my wife's account setup with her own email address now that it is in this limbo of both existing and not existing at the same time?
