Unable to see shared data on app

I have the same experience. Shared data from other accounts cannot be seen on the app but can when on the website. I also hope this is fixed soon.

When will this problem be resolved? I am surprised that customer service doesn't seem to take this issue seriously. Why doesn't Withings do something about this? It used to work, so there must be a bug in the system.

They answered my question; they no more give this service. Wait no more!

Interesting. When was this? I have been asking continuously since September 2020, and each time they tell me they are working on resolving it... Why would you allow the sharing of data on one platform but not the other?

Hi all. 

I don't have an answer for the original post, that I believe deals with sharing of data between Health Mate users, but I am having a similar data sharing issue across partner apps, Health Mate and MyFitnessPal. 

I have the free MyFitnessPal account (a Withings Health Mate app partner) and my exercise data flows from my Health Mate app to MyFitnessPal no problem, but my nutrition information from MyFitnessPal does not flow to my Health Mate app.

Despite the accounts being linked, Nutrition in Health Mate always shows nil consumed, while MFP accounts for the exercise from Health Mate.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you correct? Do you need a paid "premium" MyFitnessPal account for the info to flow to Health Mate?
