Any benefit in also having the Pulse HR?

    The Sleep Analyzer is really a wonderful device. I've been using this for a while now and the data has always been reliable. I am using Steel HR for tracking other activities. Regarding your question, the benefit I can see for having Pulse HR would be the ability to monitor heart rate and other activities. If you are only interested in sleep tracking, using the Sleep sensor alone would suffice as using an activity watch/tracker would give you the same sleep tracking capability.
