The scale works perfectly but would not update my weight in the app or when I went online to view the data. After trying to reset the scale using the app and pressing the button on the back of the scale it would not communicate with the WiFi. I checked batteries and they were weak but were enough to power the scale and function properly but apparently, they were not enough to communicate with the WiFi.
