Sync the watch and check if the nights match now. Nights should be updated

I don’t have a watch.  The mat is syncing to the health app.

Doesn't matter what device. Just try syncing it in the app by swiping down

strange that when i brush my teeth - morning 7am and night 11pm with a manual brush i can gain a fair few steps / distance !!!! ..BUT it still says that i am asleep at 7 "PM" !!!! till about 6am. even after i sync the scan watch to my phone !!!!

taking of the watch to brush my teeth stops the steps / distance but it still reports that i am asleep at 7PM not about 11pm .. glad you can edit the fail asleep and woke up at in the app.. but you should have to-do this !!!

just a update..its not teeth brushing adding steps its wash/shaving!!. been monitoring for a week now and steps increase by 300+ while stood still at the sink, support are looking into this

"For the steps counting issues, please know that for our watches there are two conditions which are essential for detecting a step; an amplitude and a periodic pattern. The amplitude of a step is not due to the swinging motion of the arms, instead it is due the impact of the foot on the ground which is clearly visible on the accelerometer of the watch. The impact is repeated at certain intervals, giving a characteristic shape to the step. This separates your steps from random movements"..BUT I AM STATIC AT THE SINK!. not a big problem i can remove the watch but would like it looked into. will report back when or if i get any relevant info
