Can't connect Health Mate with Google Fitness

    Have you tried reinstalling the google fit app?

    I have the exact same problem. Uninstalling the Google Fit app does not resolve this.

    I am having the same issue, as well. I using the Galaxy S21 Android device. I've been searching forums for the last hour, but not a single workaround has been fruitful. All the images shared in their official documentation has to be for a different version because the GUI looks different. Like some of the buttons have the same text, but the general layout is all wrong. Also there is not deactivate button for Google Fit on the Healthmate app. It simply says "Configuration Google Fit" which does nothing but flash my screen.

    @ryukokurokawa they do regular follow-up emails with me that their developers are still working on it but with no ETA. In the meantime, I found a 3rd party app that syncs data between multiple applications and I've found it to work for me.

    I just purchased Body+ and Google Fit connection does not work for me. I click the "Activate" button but nothing happens. In the sign up screen, Google login also did not work. I had to do email sign-up

    I am having the same issue after purchasing one of the scales. I can not "Activate" for google fit. The button just does nothing.

    Exact the same issue on my phone and android (Samsung A52S with no modifications, A11, Google fit and health mate fresh reinstalled). No question raised to choose an account after clicking "activate".

    I tried to debug the problem with "abd logcat", but there seems to be no usable debug output.

    I wanted to report the same issue with Healthmate app on the Android OS. I can not "Activate" Google Fit.  The button does not seem to do anything. I had it activated before, but it kept losing its import/export settings to Google Fit. I tried deactivating Fit in the Healthmate app and reactivating to see if that helped, but I can no longer get the sync activated.

    Yeah I have done the same sort of thing. Tried everything I can think of and no go. I am in Australia and I also purchased the unit in Australia. As far as the laws here go regarding retail they have advertised it to work with certain software/devices. Not even replying to customer issues in their own portal is a big red flag and if they dont start providing some information/support I will make a complaint with the ACCC

    I used the contact us option on the support site (https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new#_from_cat_200160053_from_sec_200508347). From there I used the "send us an email" option. I got a response in about 8 hours. 

    The main part of their response was:

    I understand that you are concerned about being unable to ""Activate"" Google Fit with your device. As I checked here, I am glad to inform you that this issue has been resolved and you should be able to activate your connection. I recommend you try restarting your app and device for it to work.

    I was able to "activate" Google Fit after that. Which leads me to believe its a server-side issue and not in the app. If you are still having an issue I would try contacting them directly, I don't think they monitor the forums.
